This raffle is promoted by 1st Nailsea Scouts ('the charity'), a charity registered in England and Wales with the Charity Committee Commission (reg. number 305628) and with North Somerset Council, under the Gambling Act 2005.

Proceeds from this lottery will be used to support 1st Nailsea Scouts.
You must be 18 years or over to purchase a ticket.
Tickets cost £1.00 each and are non-refundable.
Ticket sales are open to UK residents only.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements.
Each ticket purchased is a separate and equal entry into the draw.
For tickets purchases online, ticket numbers will be issued electronically via email upon payment. No physical tickets will be posted.
All online entries must be received by 6pm on Friday 3 July 2026. Paper tickets may continue to be purchased at the Days Out stall at Nailsea Carnival & Fayre until 3pm on Saturday 4 July 2026.
The draw will take place at Nailsea Carnival & Fayre in Millennium Park, Nailsea on Saturday 4 July 2026 at 4pm.
Winners will be drawn at random in the Carnival arena in front of the Carnival audience.
Winners will be notified by email or phone.
Prizes are as stated and non-transferable. Except as provided for below, no cash alternatives will be offered.
Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of ticket purchase. If a prize is not claimed within 90 days of the draw date, the promoter reserves the right to either (a) re-draw the prize, (b) use the prize in a future lottery or fundraising event, (c) donate the prize to a charitable cause, or (d) otherwise dispose of the prize in line with the charity’s objectives. No compensation will be offered for unclaimed prizes.
Prizes for the Days Out Raffle have been donated by a variety of local organisations and businesses. In the event that such an organisation refuses or is unable to honour a donated prize, 1st Nailsea Scouts may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer an alternative prize of an equivalent value, or a cash payment of up to £15.

This raffle is conducted in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and the rules governing small society lotteries. Returns will be submitted to the licensing authority within the statutory period.
